Groton residents and business owners who experienced property damage from the Sept. 13 flooding are encouraged to report it through the Connecticut Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
The information will help state and local emergency management officials assess the extent of the damage and determine whether Connecticut may qualify for federal disaster programs.
